bandforband.fun is a competitive trading platform where players stake USDC against other traders in timed contests. Core gameplay includes PnL races (best percentage return from a linked wallet wins), dollar PnL, best-trade challenges, and price-based modes such as draft baskets and up/down calls. Players can create or join duels and lobbies, compete in tournaments and team matches, and climb ranks on public leaderboards. Stakes are held in on-chain Solana escrow through an open-source program. The application database does not store user balances. Deposits sit in each player’s own vault; only that player can withdraw. When a contest ends, winners are paid automatically in USDC according to the contest rules shown before entry. Match scoring uses on-chain trade data or market prices depending on the mode. The product is built for crypto traders who want transparent, skill-based competition rather than opaque custodial wagering. Supported trading wallets include Solana ecosystems commonly used by retail traders. Social layers include profiles, XP/ranks, cosmetics, referrals, and community features around contests.
