The portfolio is managed with an average credit quality of A+ and an effective duration of approximately 0.8 years. mWIN is issued through a Midas Luxembourg Securitisation Vehicle, structured as a multi-compartment vehicle, with Northern Trust as institutional custodian. The strategy is managed and monitored by Wellington Management, one of the largest independent investment management firms in the world.
