Tajir Chain is an EVM-compatible Layer 2 network built on the OP Stack (op-reth execution, op-node rollup consensus) using Polygon CDK tooling, and connected to Polygon AggLayer (Chain ID 3377). TJR is the network's native utility token, issued as an ERC-20 on Ethereum with a total supply of 650,000,000 and no minting function in the current implementation. TJR is used to pay transaction fees on Tajir Chain, and a portion of net network fees is permanently burned. Holders who lock TJR become eligible for the Participation Tier System, which provides usage-based benefits such as sponsored transaction fees, launchpad allocation rights and merchant cashback. The ecosystem also includes Tajir Wallet, a non-custodial wallet, and a merchant directory that allows businesses to accept stablecoin payments on Tajir Chain.
