The unemployment rate in Denmark stood at 2.6% in July 2025, unchanged from the previous month and remaining at its highest level since December 2024. The number of unemployed individuals climbed by 0.1 thousand from a month earlier to 77 thousand. Net unemployment benefit recipients increased by 0.2 thousand to 68.5 thousand, and cash assistance recipients decreased by 0.1 thousand to 8.5 thousand. Meanwhile, the youth unemployment rate, representing job-seekers aged 16 to 24, held steady at 1.1%.
