Japão Produção Industrial (Mensal)

Japan’s industrial production rose 1.7% month-over-month in June 2025, sharply beating market expectations of a 0.6% decline and bouncing back from a 0.1% fall in the previous month, flash data showed. This marked the first increase since March and the fastest pace in four months. The rebound was driven by strong gains in transport equipment excluding motor vehicles (14.8% vs -19.2% in May), electronic parts and devices (2.9% vs -14.8%), and general-purpose and business-oriented machinery (1.4% vs 4.4%). On a yearly basis, industrial output surged 4.0%, swinging from a 2.4% contraction in May and recording the strongest annual growth since May 2023.
