The number of unemployed individuals decreased by 2.9 thousand year-over-year to 448.6 thousand, while the number of employed rose by 127.7 thousand to reach 9.23 million. Additionally, the jobless rate for youth aged 15-34 declined to 3.1% from 3.3% a year earlier. Meanwhile, the total labor force grew by 124.8 thousand, reaching 9.68 million.
