Eslovénia Vendas no Varejo (anual)

Retail sales in Slovenia fell by 0.3% year-on-year in March 2025, slipping from an upwardly revised 4.6% rise in the previous month. Sales declined for food, beverages & tobacco (-1.3% vs 1.5% in February), while it slowed in the non-food sector (0.3% vs 2.1%). On the other hand, automotive fuel in specialized stores showed no growth, improving from a 0.7% decrease in the prior month. On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, retail activity dropped by 2% in March, following an upwardly revised 1.1% increase in the preceding period.
