Zâmbia Taxa De Inflação

The annual inflation rate in Zambia stood at 16.5% in April 2025, the softest in four months, unchanged from the previous month. Food price growth slowed to 18.7% in April, compared with 18.9% a month earlier, as favorable rains helped temper vegetable and fruit prices. Meanwhile, the weak kwacha has kept non-food inflation elevated, rising to 13.4% in April from 13.2% in March. On a monthly basis, prices increased by 1%.
